Their lives connect irrevocably one snowy night when Rebecca drives Carla home. Drunk and looking for a fight, Carla’s husband RAY begins to argue with her the moment she walks in the door. The fight becomes physical and ultimately, Carla kills her husband in self-defense. Rebecca, an accidental eyewitness, calls 911 and leaves the scene before the police arrive. Assigned to Carla’s murder trial and now unrecognizable as the judge, Rebecca must decide between helping an innocent woman and revealing why she was there that night or covering up the truth to protect her own dark secrets. LIVING CONDITIONS is about the choices we make when confronted with our demons. Are we able to face them honestly or do we conspire with them to bring about our own downfall?
